Overview of the Changes
We have simplified how to configure external URLs to open in a new tab. You no longer need to select the “Open in new window/tab” in the advanced options when creating a link in the text editor (WYSIWYG).
When the Changes will Occur
This functionality is available now.
What’s Changing
You no longer need to select the “Open in new window/tab” in the advanced options when creating a link in the text editor (WYSIWYG). Simply add the URL, save the page and your URL will open in a new page. This functionality works for all components. All links where the “Open in new window/tab” is selected will continue to work as before.
