Overview of the Changes

We are in the process of transitioning all Web Platform sites to a new hosting environment. This upgrade is part of our broader effort to improve site performance, enhance user experience, and introduce new features.

Importance of the Update  

• Fast and Reliable Performance: The new hosting environment will ensure your website loads quickly and remains accessible, even during high traffic periods. This means visitors can always reach your site without delays.
• Built-in Security: your website will benefit from automatic security updates and daily backups. These features help protect your site from potential threats and ensure your data is safe.​
• Secure Testing Environments - All sandbox and testing sites will be password-protected and inaccessible to the public. Site editors will receive an email in early May with login information. This setup allows your team to review and refine content in a secure environment before it goes live.​
• Scalable for Growth: As our website ecosystem grows, the new hosting environment can handle increased traffic without compromising performance. 

Implementation Timeline

​Starting in mid-April and continuing through the end of June, we will begin migrating websites to our new hosting environment.
