This page is your central hub for accessing login links across all UCLA Health Sciences Web Platform sites. Whether you’re working on a department page, a research lab site, or a med school site, you’ll find the resources you need here.
To keep our platform secure, login instructions are only available in the official Box Note. Public facing login links and manual login paths have been removed.
How to Log In
For security reasons, all login instructions and access points are now centralized in a single Box Note. For Mednet users logging into their sites, use the instructions inside the Box Note.
Browsing Supported Sites
If you’re looking for site information, not login instructions, use the Excel directories. These files allow you to explore all sites hosted on the platform and view associated details.
Why this matters:
- Login access is restricted to a secure, centralized document to minimize security risks.
- Directory sheets remain available for users who need to browse supported sites or verify information.
- Test sites refresh every Friday to maintain a clean editing environment.
- All sites provide access to both a live site (public-facing) and a test/sandbox site (for safe experimentation).
- Test sites reset every Friday night to ensure a clean workspace.
- Site owners are listed with each entry for questions or support.
