What can you do from the Content page?


Overview

All of your website content is listed on this page. From this page, you can view, edit, and create new content. Use the search function to locate specific pages.

  • Person  - All current Person pages are listed on this tab. View, edit, and create new Person pages. 
  • Paragraphs  - All reusable components  
  • Files  - A list of all image files on the website and how many times they have been used.

  • Paragraphs List - View a list of pages that have a specific component placed on them.

  • Media -  See a list of media assets. You can search for specific media using the search function.

Scheduled Content

See a list of all content items that are scheduled.

Add Content 

Create new content for the following content types:

  • Article 
  • Page
  • Person 
  • Event

Files

A list of all image files on the website and how many times they have been used.

Media 

See a list of media assets. You can search for specific media using the search function. 

Paragraphs 

 Manage the library of reusable components.

Structure settings are available for site managers and above.

What can you do in the structure settings? 

  • View your taxonomy and manage tags 
  • Customize your main navigation
  • Update your quick links menu
  • Update your footer menu
  • View your taxonomy terms

Appearance is available for site managers and above.

In the Appearance settings, you can manage the following:

  1. Add global alerts to your site.
  2. Add a Give URL.
  3. Select the type of search.
  4. Update the header and footer logos.
  5. Choose the type of main navigation menu.
  6. Add site credits.
  7. Update and add social media URLs.

Simply click on the Branded Designs icon to get to the pattern lab.

How can you access the test site?

You can locate your test site in two ways:

  1. By logging into your live site and using the “Test Site” link in the menu

OR

  1. By locating your site in the Excel directories below:

    Lab Sites

    Department Sites

    School of Medicine Sites
