Overview of the Changes
We are rolling out a significant update to the editing experience for our page content type. Over the past three months, our dedicated developers have been hard at work crafting a more cohesive and user-friendly interface. Our goal is to deliver a streamlined editing experience consistent across all content types. Here’s a sneak peek at the exciting new functionality:
- Single Button Editing: Start editing content with just one click, simplifying the process.
- Streamlined Page Updates: Update page names or subtitles directly on the same page without needing to access the backend.
- Page Revisions: Every update now includes revisions, with a maximum of five revisions per page, ensuring you can track and manage changes effectively.
- Enhanced Search Listings: Enjoy multi-select options for taxonomy categories, enhancing your search and categorization capabilities.
- Live Preview Updates: See changes to page names immediately in the preview without needing to save first.
- Responsiveness: With a click of a button, preview how your page will appear to users on a mobile device.
- Simplified Editing Options: We've streamlined various editing settings, such as eliminating the need to select full width in the section setting.
These enhancements are just the beginning, all designed to improve the reliability and speed of our platform.
