About
Sara is a journalist-turned-content-strategist-turned-user-experience-writer. As part of the UCLA Health web platform team, she's leading the migration of 100+ UCLA school of medicine lab research sites from disparate content management systems into a new, centralized CMS. She comes to UCLA Health from CVS Health, where she worked as a content designer with an emphasis on empathy to bring a sense of humanity to healthcare.
