Introducing the Updated Quote Component

As part of our ongoing design updates, we’re excited to introduce the new Quote component—a modern, visually engaging way to display quotations on your pages.

This updated component features a centered layout with a quote sign element above the text, creating a clean, elegant look that draws attention to the message.

Adding the Quote Component

  1. Select quote from the menu.
  2. Optional: Add Quote Title to introduce the quote
  3. Add Quote Text without quote signs
  4. Add the Author of the quote including the credentials (Jane Doe, PhD)
  5. Configure the Button:
    1. URL: Select a piece of content or enter an internal/external path
    2. Link Text: Provide a clear action, e.g., “Visit the ABC Lab” (avoid generic text)

Background Colors

  • Work with a Site Administrator to apply background colors for emphasis.
  • Available only in One Column and Card Grid sections.

Background Color Options: 

  • None (default)
  • Blue 100 / 300 / 500 / 700
  • Sand 300 / 500

Implementation Timeline

  • Launch Date: December 15
  • Review the new process ahead of the launch to ensure a smooth transition.
